Terms & Conditions:

The use of the I Love Golf card is governed by the below terms and conditions:

  1. The card is the property of MST GOLF. The card is not transferable and can only be used by the Card member whose name appears on the card.
  2. The card must be presented before making purchases and when making payment to enjoy the privileges and benefits stated. When using the card, please present identification upon request for verification purpose.
  3. One (1) point will be awarded for every RM1.00 nett amount purchased at MST GOLF outlets. Special bonus points will be awarded with other special events and promotions.
  4. Every accumulated 1667 points will be converted to RM50 cash voucher which is equivalent to 3% of the total points' value in 2 rewarding periods (Jan-Jun) and (Jul-Dec). Any unconverted point will be carried forward to the next rewarding period. Card member will be informed to pick up the cash voucher at the nearest MST GOLF outlet.
  5. Collection of cash vouchers is valid for 3 months from date of notice. After this period, any uncollected cash vouchers will be automatically forfeited.
  6. Benefits shall not be transferable to any other account of the Card member.
  7. Any discounts or benefits given by MST GOLF or any Participating Merchants, Partners may be varied from time to time and/or withdrawn without any prior notice.
  8. Card members shall quote and present I Love Golf Card when booking or paying at golf counters at participating golf clubs.
  9. Tee-off booking is strictly subject to availability of the participating golf clubs, and have to book directly with the club in question.
  10. Card members are to conduct themselves according to the rules and etiquette of golf as prescribed by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and the local rules of the club concerned.
  11. Card members shall present I Love Golf Card to enjoy special golf lesson's rate at participating golf academy.
  12. Golf lesson booking is strictly subject to availability and have to book directly with the golf academy in question.
  13. MST GOLF shall not be liable in any way to the Cardholder where any Participating Merchants, Partners or MST GOLF has failed, whether negligently or otherwise, to credit any Benefits (i.e. gift vouchers, privileges, and other incentives offered from time to time to Card members under the I Love Golf Programme), for improperly crediting any Benefits or for any delay in crediting or recording Benefits onto the Card member's I Love Golf card. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to inform MST GOLF of any such failure to credit or to improperly credit, and where MST GOLF has verified the complaint made by the Card member with the Participating Merchants, Partners, and received the endorsement and verification from the Participating Merchants, Partners, it shall take corrective measures accordingly.
  14. In the event that the I Love Golf card is misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen, the Card member shall report this immediately to MST GOLF. There will be an administrative charge of RM20.00 for each replacement of card if the Card member wishes to continue to be a member of this programme. MST GOLF accepts no liability for misuse, loss or damage suffered by the Card member as a result of any lost or stolen I Love Golf card whether or not reported to MST GOLF.
  15. The Card member agrees that MST GOLF, at its sole discretion, to use any information furnished in application form or otherwise by the Card member for any marketing purposes.
  16. MST GOLF reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reason whatsoever.
  17. MST GOLF reserves the right to terminate the Card member's membership and cancel the Card member's right to use the I Love Golf card and to participate as a member of this programme immediately if the Card member is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions herein without assigning any reason whatsoever and shall not be responsible to the Card member for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, as a result of such termination. In such an event, all unused Benefits shall be forfeited and the Card member shall have no claim against MST GOLF in respect of such termination, cancellation or forfeiture.
  18. Card members may terminate or cancel its membership for any reasons by cutting the card to half and returning the said card to MST GOLF. No refund or claim will be entertained for such termination. In such event, all unused Benefits shall be forfeited and the Card member shall have no claim against MST GOLF in respect of such termination, cancellation or forfeiture.
  19. Kindly quote your name and membership number in all correspondences.
  20. MST GOLF reserves the right to change, alter, add and/or delete any terms, conditions and card privileges without prior notice.
