Terms & Conditions:
 

The use of the ILG card is governed by the below terms and conditions:

  1. The card is the property of MST GOLF.
  2. Registration fee / renewal fee is RM10 annually.
  3. One (1) point will be awarded for every RM1 net amount purchased at MST GOLF outlets. Special bonus points will be awarded with other special events and promotions.
  4. Every accumulated 1,667 points will be converted to RM50 gift voucher, which is equivalent to 3% of the total points’ value, in 2 rewarding periods from January to June, and from July to December. Any unconverted point will be carried forward to the next rewarding period. Member will be informed to pick up the gift voucher at his / her preferred MST GOLF outlet.
  5. Collection of gift voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of notice. After this period, any uncollected gift vouchers will be automatically forfeited.
  6. The card is not transferable and can only be used by the member whose name appears on the card. Benefits shall not be transferable to any other account of the member.
  7. Any discounts or benefits given by MST GOLF or any participating Merchant Partners may be varied from time to time and / or withdrawn anytime without prior notice.
  8. Member shall quote and present ilovegolf card when booking or paying at Merchant Partners’ golf courses or establishments.

  10. MST GOLF shall not be liable in any way to the members where any participating Merchant Partners or MST GOLF has failed, whether negligently or otherwise, to credit any benefits, for improperly crediting any benefits or for any delay in crediting or recording benefits onto the members’ ilovegolf cards. It is the responsibility of the member to inform MST GOLF of any such failure to credit or to improperly credit, and where MST GOLF has verified the complaint made by the member with the participating Merchant Partners, and received the endorsement and verification from the participating Merchant Partners, it shall take corrective measures accordingly.
  11. In the event that the ilovegolf card is misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen, the member shall report this immediately to MST GOLF. There will be an administrative charge of RM10 for each replacement of card if the member wishes to continue to be a member of this program.
  12. Member agrees that MST GOLF, at its own discretion, to use any information furnished in the application form or otherwise by the member for any marketing purposes.
  13. MST GOLF reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reason whatsoever.
  14. MST GOLF reserves the right to terminate member’s membership and cancel the member’s right to use the ilovegolf card and to participate as a member of this program immediately if the member is in breach of any of the Terms & Conditions herein without assigning any reason whatsoever and shall not be responsible to the member for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, as a result of such termination. In such an event, all unused benefits shall be forfeited and the member shall have no claim against MST GOLF in respect of such termination, cancellation or forfeiture.
  15. MST GOLF reserves the right to change, alter, add and / or delete any terms and conditions and members’ privileges and benefits without prior notice.
